Content Management Services For Libraries
We offer libraries the most complete selection of workflow, data, information and decision support services available designed to help them succeed and achieve their information goals. We also provide a range of innovative, library-powered researcher services. Our services are divided into three separate categories, Selection 
Management, Access Management and Research Productivity; each focuses on a different area of the library’s information needs.
Content Management Services for Publishers
Swets’ publisher services are aligned with our customers’ need to grow sales revenue and profitability, better understand the sales performance of their portfolios, and support the back-end processes required to maintain consistent workflows. We provide publishers with additional channels to market, help them to identify gaps and opportunities in new and existing territories and supply them with a wealth of insightful, transparent data services. Swets’ services for publishers are split into three areas: Performance Information Services, Sales Support and Sales and Service Administration Support.
