Located in Runnemede, New Jersey, our North America headquarters serves the exclusive needs of our US customers and publishers. In addition to dedicated customer and publisher service staff, remote regional sales managers provide regional contact and support for customers spanning across the Americas region and covering the academic, corporate, medical and government markets. Our Publisher Processing and Consolidation operations are also fully integrated in our New Jersey location. As a result, our staff and customers benefit from the efficiencies created by having Publisher Processing and Customer Service staff working side by side.

Like all of our global offices, our North America headquarters is ISO 9001:2008 certified--a testament to its stringent operation and client service procedures. The 9001 level is the most comprehensive quality management standard covering all main processes within an organization.
