Swets’ Consortium Consulting Services main focus is on three areas:

• Content consulting: Swets will help you identify the needs from your membership, analyze, collate and evaluate all relevant information about their holdings, distil a complete profile out of which offers are of great benefit to your consortium or purchasing group can be created and presented to you and your constituents.
• Offer/Quotation assistance: if you have tendered or are in the process of assessing offers already received, Swets can help you check the validity against your requirements and advice you on whether these match. We can counsel you on the characteristics of the different packages and the implementation and roll-out challenges of such within the consortium. We can also take over and execute the entire offerings and quotations process on your and your consortium’s behalf.
• Evaluation of licenses: our library and legal experts assess licenses and licensing conditions that are an inevitable and laborious part of a purchase process against the needs of your consortium and provide you with sound and impartial advice to help you make informed decisions. We do not favor publishers or content but will act as independent council and/or as intermediary on your behalf.
