To cater for your specific needs, SwetsWise eSource Manager allows you to customize your account to your requirements. Giving complete control and flexibility on the information you would like to track and view.

Customizable License Fields

Although SwetsWise eSource Manager already provides you with a list of the 45 most important license conditions fields per-populated with values you can change, you might want to be able track additional fields. This could be information such as the acquiring consortium and faculty or what the cost of the resource was. For this purpose, you can add up to 20 additional fields that are displayed in all the licenses you have in SwetsWise eSource Manager. These fields can be simple free text fields, selection menus of predefined values or a yes/no field.

Integrate Your Internal Workflows

SwetsWise eSource Manager automatically provides you with a workflow per resource of all the steps you will have to take from the moment you order the resource all the way to when you obtain access to the content of that resource. These steps are all the standard steps that don’t include any internal workflow process you might have.

In SwetsWise eSource Manager you have the option of adding your internal workflow process to the standard process. This enables you keep track of the entire process from one location. For every resource on your list you will be able to see exactly where in the process it is and what still has to be done.
