SwetsWise Selection Support utilizes the powerful and award-winning technology behind the ScholarlyStats platform to collect usage statistics and integrates this data with the extensive subscription details and price information stored in SwetsWise Subscriptions. This provides you with a pre-populated, complete overview of all subscription, price and usage information for all journals ordered via Swets.

Pre-populated publication overview

For individually subscribed publications, the data management section gives an overview of all journal publications, total price and usage for the selected year. Price information is pre-populated by SwetsWise Subscriptions. Usage statistics per collection platform are automatically retrieved by SwetsWise from ScholarlyStats.

Automatic maintenance of all Swets subscriptions and usage statistics

The pre-populated price information from SwetsWise Subscriptions is automatically updated by SwetsWise and the price is pro-rated to the calendar year to match the usage statistics period.
The usage statistics per collection platform are automatically retrieved by SwetsWise every month. Collection and processing of this information is done by the ScholarlyStats team.
