Add additional publications, usage and price information yourself

In addition to the pre-populated and automatically maintained price and usage information, you can enter the information for any other subscriptions you may have to ensure you can retain a complete overview of your entire collection. You can either add information directly on screen or use the upload functionality.


Add publications, price and usage informtion

It could happen that a journal publication is not pre-populated because either the subscription is not managed via Swets or the usage data is not automatically collected by SwetsWise. In that case you can manually add publications.
You can add new publications with price and usage information or add additional price and usage information to already pre-populated publications.


Customize publication information

For all titles in the publication overview, the publication data details page allows you to change title specific information; subject, sub-subject, whether or not the title is subscribed to or is an open access title and a free text field to add any comment to the title information. These options can be used later to select specific titles to create reports for.


Change information on screen or upload CSV file

SwetsWise Selection Support allows you to edit publication, price and usage information on screen or you can download all data as a CSV file, edit or add data in the CSV file and upload again to SwetsWise.
