Sophisticated Reporting Capabilities
You can use the extensive reporting section within SwetsWise Selection Support to create specific, customized reports, including the ability to calculate the price per use of a subscription.

The reports will help you to fully analyze your entire subscription spend and make better informed decisions for the future. SwetsWise Selection Support offers four types of reports:
Custom Reports
With the custom reports you have full control over the reporting functionality; create a report to suit your specific needs.
Counter Reports
The eigth consolidated counter reports provide you with counter compliant journal, database and ebook usage statistics reports for all your collection platforms selected for automated collection by SwetsWise.
Journal Dashboard Reports
The automatically generated journal dashboard reports provide further analysis of your journal usage statistics from Counter Journal Report 1.
Book Dashboard Reports
The automatically generated book dashboard reports provide further analysis of your ebook usage statistics from the Counter Book Reports.
Custom Reports
The custom reports are SwetsWise specific and include all your publication, price and usage information including pre-populated data and manually added publication, usage and price information.
Price per Use
The price per use report provides you with the cost price per full text article download. You can create a report on title level or at publisher/ platform level.
Trend Analysis
With the trend analysis report you compare data for two periods. The report will provide you with the percentage difference in usage, price or price-per-use between the two periods.
Build your Own
The build your own report selection page allows you to use a range of filters to create a report that contains only the data that you need at that moment.
You can create reports on title level, package level, publisher/platform level or with usage for all titles sorted per collection platform.
