Implementation Assistance

Before your patrons start to use the content and tools that have been purchased we will help you roll these out in a structured fashion by:

• Arranging and ensuring access: Swets will set up and manage access to purchased content through the different IP ranges of the consortium and will take care of related technical details. We will communicate the details of the consortium deal(s) to the libraries participating. We work with all publishers to ensure a hassle-free access to purchased electronic resources for your users.
• Training: Swets will facilitate the provision of training in the services and content the consortium has purchased.
• Archiving: receive expert advice on archiving issues and conditions associated to archives and/or perpetual access.
