To support you through the acquisition process, SwetsWise Subscriptions Corporate Edition provides you with sophisticated and yet simple and easy-to-use ordering capabilities. The ordering functionality is geared for novice users in a straightforward and intuitive interface.

Powerful and intuitive searching capabilities
The start of the process is simple; users can choose to search our catalog of over 300,000 publications for a publication either via the publication name or the ISSN. The search engine supports the most common Boolean operators such as wildcards, truncation, and, or, etc. For more advanced options,simply choose to use the advanced search screen which will allow you to limit your search by, for example, publisher, internet pricing model (free with the print edition, at an extra surcharge to the print edition or e-only publications.)

Clear and relevant search results
The search result list in SwetsWise is always ranked based on the relevance of the result. The relevance is decided by how many times your search criteria appears in the in the publication information, as well as how closely it matches your criteria. In this sense, if you were to perform a search for the keyword 'transportation', the first result in the list will be the publication Transportation. Following that you would find the other publications that contain the word transportation and the other results will be listed afterwards.

All publication options visible
One of the most difficult steps in the ordering process is knowing what options are available to you. SwetsWise Subscriptions takes this into account and displays on screen the different options a publication has (e.g. print version, internet version, hand-delivery, etc.) that are applicable to you. In this screen you can immediately choose the publication version you wish to purchase. All options provide you with the latest pricing information as well as any information on any journals packages that include the desired publication. You can add your choice to your shopping cart directly from here or choose to view additional details about the specific publication.

Shopping cart and checkout
As with all e-commerce sites, all subscriptions you wish to order will be placed in your shopping cart. SwetsWise will automatically select the first possible start date for the subscription and immediately assign them to your default shipping and billing addresses. If you would like a subscription to be sent to a different address, you can easily change it in the shopping cart. If no change from your default settings is required, then all you need to do to order the publication is add the reference information you would like to be attached to that specific subscription. After that, it is simply a question of clicking on the order button, reviewing your order one last time and then confirming it.
