While SwetsWise Subscriptions makes ordering as easy as possible for users, it also provides for the mechanisms that can control what users are allowed to order. Within SwetsWise Subscriptions you are able to restrict your users to only be able to order within a subsection of our total catalog, ensuring your users only purchase publications that fall within your area of interest.

Additionally, throughout the ordering process, users can have the ability to check who else in the organization might already have a subscription to that publication and therefore be able to share it with them. This way, unnecessary duplication of subscriptions can be kept to a minimum.

It is possible to set user boundaries, where all their purchases or any purchase over a specific value have to be approved by a superior, for example, their manager. SwetsWise Subscriptions provides for a two level approval cycle if necessary. If purchases only have to be approved based on value, you can set boundaires so that orders up to a certain level can be approved by one person and any order that exceeds that value have to approved by an additional person.
