The reports you need at the time you need them
Being able to obtain management information is crucial in order to have an overview and control over the total spend on subscriptions. To support you in this process SwetsWise offers several reporting options that you can take advantage of. You can have all reports in SwetsWise Subscriptions scheduled to run automatically at a frequency you choose. SwetsWise will automatically create the report based on your criteria and inform you that the report is available for download.




The following reports are available for you to download immediately from SwetsWise Subscriptions:

Budget Report: This report gives you the possibility to view the spend per department, or user, for the last three years. In addition you can also include what the budget for that Department or user was for that period. The report also provides you with an estimate on the projected spend for next year.

Three Year Price Analysis: This report will provide you with a list of all your subscriptions. Per subscription, it will indicate how much Swets has charged you for the current year, as well as the charge for the previous two years.

•

Current Subscriptions per Department or User: This report allows you to see the current subscriptions per department or user.

•

Cancelled & Expired Subscriptions per Department or User: This report provides you with a list of all cancelled and expired subscriptions per department or user.

•

Subscription Requests per Department or User: This report provides you with information on all outstanding orders that are still pending approval per department or user.

•

Subscription Checklist: This report will provide you with a list of all your subscriptions.

•

Claim Overview: With this report you are able to download a complete overview of all your claims. This can include outstanding claims or also all closed claims within the given period.

•

For Your Info (FYI) Messages: You can download all, or a selection, of your FYI messages.

•

Print Cancellation Restriction: This report provides you with a complete listing of all your print subscriptions that have a cancellation restriction due to e-deals

•

Subject Checklist: With this report you can download a publication list from the SwetsWise catalog by subject area and specific subject matter. You can also select to have the prices of the publication included in the report.

•

New Publications: Download a list of all new publications that were launched in a time period of your choice and within a subject area of your interest

•

SwetsWise Online Content Comparison: This report gives an overview of the comparison between your subscription portfolio and the availability of these publications in SwetsWise Online Content and in the TOC service. Next to the availability of the publication, the report indicates whether you already have a subscription to the TOC or the Full Text of a publication.

•

E-Journal Availability Report: This report allows you to compare your current subscriptions collection and e-journal access with the additional e-journal access possibilities available to you.



All reports provide you with extensive selection criteria on which information you would like to have included. You can choose for information that falls within a specific time period, or restricted to certain shipping and/or billing addresses, etc.
