Sophisticated search options
Users can search for content in SwetsWise Online Content either via a simple publication search and then browsing to the article or by using the sophisticated article search screen of SwetsWise.

Users can search through the catalog of over 21,000 publications quickly and easily. Beside each publication the access level that the user has is indicated by means of the three different check boxes. From here, the user is then able to browse all issues of each publication and view the table of contents from the desired issues.

For a broader search, users can use the article search screen. This provides all the sophistication required by experienced researchers, while being simple and intuitive for novice users. You can search by entering your keywords and, if you wish, using Boolean operators such as wildcards, truncation, and, or, etc. You can further refine your search by, for instance, indicating the subject category, the time period it covers or the level of access and therefore making your search more specific and narrowing the number of results.

All your results are presented in a relevance ranked list. From here you can immediately go to the full text of the article. If you prefer you can also view the abstract of the article or see the complete table of contents of the issue in which the article appears.
