One click from your entire collection
You can see your entire collection of publications available to your users in one simple, de-duplicated list. These publications can be print or electronic journals you have subscribed to, eBooks or publications available within databases you have access to. Any of the publications that are included in your list from either a journal or eBook subscription managed via Swets or from access to a specific database are automatically maintained by SwetsWise. This dramatically reduces the administrative effort required in maintaining this information so that it is always up-to-date. Adding publications that are not managed via Swets is a straightforward process. You can either enter the information manually into SwetsWise Title Bank or upload a file to add several publications at once. SwetsWise Title Bank has no restriction on the amount of publications that can be included in your list.
Finding the desired publication
Users can find the desired publication through various methods. Performing a simple title search is the most common of the methods. Users can also search for specific titles via the subject search. Lastly, users can also search for a journal publication by first finding the database in which it is contained and from there finding the publication.
On the left of all the search results will always be displayed the access level that you have to this publication. The access level always represents the highest level available in any of the resources where you can access this publication. The possible access levels are:
