We encourage our employees to develop their educational and professional skills to the best of their ability. Therefore we take various learning and development initiatives. Our development and training policy is based on blended learning which means diverse ways of learning new skills and knowledge by a mix of classroom learning, E-learning, learning on the job and self study.
