Through our 2-years International Management Trainee Program young and high potentials are given the opportunity to develop themselves to the level of fulfilling a management position or to become a specialist at one of our international offices. The traineeship prepares you for a challenging position within our company.
Your program
As a management trainee, you are introduced to our different activities. You start with a six month assignment to one of our activities that suits you most, followed by projects you choose in consultation with first line management of the company. Your traineeship will start in our head office in Lisse, the Netherlands. At least one of the assignments will be based in one of our 22 other international offices. During the traineeship, you will develop your ability to manage projects, conduct commercial negotiations and work in teams with people from different departments.
Develop your talents
Internal and external training will be a part of your traineeship. You will be coached by one of the Board members. You will acquire knowledge, skills and new insights. Insight, also in your own capabilities and talents. You will discover which environment and challenge is the most stimulating.
Entry requirements
To enter the Swets International Management Traineeship you need to have obtained a Masters degree with outstanding results. You have a relevant working experience of 2 years after graduation.
You are fluent in English and at least in one other language, preferably French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Greek, Chinese, Japanese or Dutch. An international outlook is essential.
